We will send you an onboarding, along with your contract and instructions on what we need from you before we begin the project!

We will also send a link to our Calendly area so that we can begin with your strategy call to understand what you expect from us.

We'll then begin the onboarding process: this involves your free 45-minute Strategy Call with Chloe, the owner of CWDesigns Studio. This call will be carried out on strategic approach, whilst she also builds a strong relationship with you once we begin the design process.

You'll also receive your onboarding email detailing your project timeline, confirmation of deposit received, the assets that are required for your project, and also your contract outlining what's required from both parties for your project. We require a signature before proceeding with your project. (It is important that you agree with the areas mentioned in your contract, to ensure a smooth design experience with Chloe)

Essentially, this may vary depending on the package you've selected to work on with us.

Overall, the design stages cover the following:

• Enquiry Stage: If you want to invest then act! Fill out our enquiry form.

• Onboarding Stage: Yay! You're in. A Strategy call will be set to discuss your business and project in more detail, along with a brand questionnaire. Whether you're a new or returning client, client relations are always built! <3

• Creative Direction Stage: This is where we build the foundation of your brand through our creative direction. We establish the problem, solution, moodboard, and overall visual direction for your brand.

• Design Stage: You're about to immerse into the world of clean, reputable and long lasting branding designs.

• Touch-ups Stages: This is where you let us know the final finishing touches to complete your project with us.

• Offboarding Stage: We're at the end but that's ok! We'll be here to guide you at the end, send you your final pieces of work. Now it's your time to shine!

Your final files will be sent off via a private link between the Client and the Designer via Dropbox in your designated folder for the project. Specifically, you'll preferably receive these as a .JPG, .PNG, .SVG, or .EPS.

Collaboration is essential. You’ll be guided through each phase with clear communication with our very own status-emails, intentional touchpoints, and expert direction—allowing you to stay involved without feeling overwhelmed. Our role is to lead the process while honoring your vision!

Yes! Each package project (even A La Carte services) includes a defined number of 3 FREE revision decks to ensure the final outcome aligns seamlessly with your brand vision, while maintaining creative direction and project efficiency. Following this, an extra fee of £150 ($150) for each new revision deck.
